Fee Schedule
The Housatonic Valley Health District Program regulates and inspects over 160 food service establishments located in the communities of Oxford, Woodbury and Southbury, Connecticut. We investigate food-borne illness complaints, review applications and perform inspections for food trucks and temporary food booths at carnivals/fairs, and conduct food education seminars for food service workers. We also review plans for new or renovated food service establishments.
*New towns that have recently joined Housatonic Valley Health District will operate under a graduated fee schedule that is spread out over the course of three (3) Fiscal Years (FY22, FY23, FY24) and will pay the full rate by FY 24.*
