Housatonic Valley Health District offers weekly COVID-19 vaccination clinics in New Milford and Southbury. HVHD COVID Vaccination Clinics will begin on January 4, 2022.

Who is eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster dose?
In the State of Connecticut, as of 12/9/2021
Pfizer Booster Shot:
6 months after 2nd dose
- Age 16+
Moderna Booster Shot:
6 months after 2nd dose
- Age 18+
Johnson & Johnson Booster Shot:
2 months after last dose
- individuals 18 years of age and older
Pfizer COVID Vaccine:
(as of 11/3/2021)
Children 5-11 years old (2 dose series)
